Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb coarse ground turkey
- 1 T dried basil
- 1 T dried oregano
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 t garlic powder
- 4 anchovy fillets, rinsed, patted dry, minced
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 T dried parsley
- breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, adding breadcrumbs to adjust texture, season to taste, and form into golf ball size meatballs.
- Brown in skillet, then finish cooking in marinara or the oven.
- Plate and serve with marinara.
